Hand held devices allow ordering at table to be sent through your epos and direct to the bar for drinks and to the kitchen for food prep, but keeping everything on one order/bill.

Keeping things simple by having starters mains and desserts being sectioned up as a course and not in a muddle for staff to worry about.
